Delete Your Account
You can delete your GetFZKL account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the GetFZKL app and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.
Your account is deactivated immediately and the deletion of your personal and health data begins right away. This action is immediate and irreversible.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account on your behalf:

Use the subject line “Account deletion” and tell us which account to delete (the email address you registered with) and what you want removed. We may ask for information to verify your identity before we act, so that we do not delete the wrong account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile and personal details
- Your body measurements (weight, body fat, measurements)
- Your nutrition diary and meal history
- Your workout and activity history
- All other data associated with your account
Timing and completeness
Your account becomes unavailable immediately when deletion succeeds in the app, and the action cannot be undone through the app or by Support. We remove the associated personal data from active systems as soon as technically possible and within a reasonable time. Backups and security event logs may retain limited data for an additional period according to restricted backup and security-retention cycles, after which the data is overwritten or destroyed. We may keep minimized records where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance purposes, or while a legal hold applies. See the Privacy Policy retention section for details.
Remember to cancel your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel any paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the platform, not by us. Cancel separately in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Subscriptions) before or after you delete your account.
